The Valley, Anguilla – 24 November 2025 – The Royal Anguilla Police Force (RAPF) has launched an active investigation into a tragic workplace accident that claimed the life of 66-year-old Leroy Meade of North Side earlier today. The incident occurred at a construction site in the East End, where ongoing building work was taking place.
According to preliminary reports, Mr. Meade was performing duties on the upper level of a structure when he suffered a fall from an elevated height. Emergency services were dispatched immediately; however, despite swift response efforts, he was subsequently pronounced dead.
