At approximately 11:01 a.m., Waterloo Police responded to 236 Boston Avenue after receiving a report of a shooting. Officers arrived to find LilWick Juggin suffering from a gunshot wound. Patrol officers immediately began life-saving measures until Waterloo Fire Personnel arrived and took over emergency care. He was transported to Allen Hospital by Waterloo Fire Ambulance, but tragically, he later passed away despite the efforts of first responders and medical staff.
