GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — Authorities have confirmed that the woman found deceased inside a vehicle near the intersection of Rockside Road and Turney Road has been identified as 19-year-old Divine Jones, who had been reported missing and endangered days earlier. The discovery has left the community shaken as investigators work to determine what led to her tragic death.
Jones was last seen on November 17, 2025, after leaving her workplace at the Amazon Warehouse on 21500 Emery Road in North Randall. According to officials, she was driving a silver Ford Fusion at the time of her disappearance and was last known to be wearing a black Nike Tech sweatsuit and a black hat.
Following her disappearance, law enforcement agencies issued alerts urging the public to help locate Jones. Police released her physical description, noting that she stood 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighed approximately 144 pounds, and had brown eyes and brown hair. Family, friends, and community members had expressed increasing concern as days passed without any sign of her.
The discovery of Jones’ body inside the vehicle has raised numerous questions. Detectives have not yet revealed how long the car had been at the location, nor have they disclosed whether there are indications of foul play. Officials say that a full investigation is underway, and additional information will be released as it becomes available.
